General 1. Sprinkling of water over face. 2. Lack jaw should be separated. 3. Fanning by palm leaf. Local application- 1. Fume of chilli(Capsicum annum Linn ) /marica (Piper nigrum)/paper-to be blown into nose. 2. Navasādara 2 part + 1 part dry lime powderare- kept in a bottle-placed near nose of patient. 3. Nirguṇḍī (Vitex nergundo) root bark + Kāñji -paste-rub over neck. 4. Ādraka (Zingiber officinale) and laśuna (Allium sativum) extract-together or separately- nasal drop. 5. Camel’s urine- nasal drop. 6. Chilli (Capsicum annum Linn )-rubbed over tongue or ādraka(Zingiber officinale) juice-eye drop. 7. Kumārī (Aloe barbadensis Mill.)pulp + oil + ghee- mixed equally- head massage. Internal medicine- 1. Triphalā powder/Pippaiī(Piper longum) powder + honey-at every morning. 2. 50 ml Śatāvarī (Asparagus racemosus)juice + 3gm Pippaiī(Piper longum) powder- at daily morning. 3. śuṇṭhī(Zingiber officinale) + Pippaiī(Piper longum) + kuṣṭha(Saussurea lappa) + Guḍūcī (Tinospora cordifolia) + Kaṇṭakārī (Solanum surattense) + Drākṣā (Vitis vinifera) + shatavai-decoction-oral intake. 4. śuṇṭhī(Zingiber officinale) + Pippaiī(Piper longum) root + kuṣṭha(Saussurea lappa) + Guḍūcī (Tinospora cordifolia) + guñjā + Vacā (Acorus calamus) + marica (Piper nigrum) + saindhava + inner part of jujube + nāgkeśara(Mesua ferrea) + Kaṇṭakārī (Solanum surattense) + Drākṣā(Vitis vinifera) + balā (Sida cordifolia) + śatāvarī - (Asparagus racemosus) - 6 gm each are to be treated with 1800 ml of water-reduced to 500 ml + 20 ml honey-use frequently in small quantity.
